Dispatch Time:

*Please note that all orders can take up to 7 working days to be made and sent out.*

My working days are Mon-Fri so this excludes weekends. This can soemtimes be longer if I receive a high volume of orders at once as I run this business by myself on the most part and it can get really busy!

Always refer to the banner at the top of the home patch which will tell you the most up to date dispatch time. If you need to get in touch about an order I will always to my best to help as best and as quickly as i can however, I kindly ask that you allow the dispatch time that is stated on the banner at the top of the page.

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracked 48 tracking details. This way you can follow its journey to your doorstep! Delivery typically should take 2 working days for UK shipping. Sometimes delays can happen when it comes to delivery although it is unlikely, it is important to note.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

Due to hygiene reasons, please note that all earrings are non-returnable. All items are handmade to order so it is important to note that I do not offer returns. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or you have any other concerns with your order please do get in touch and I will always do my very best to resolve any issues you may have.

International Orders:

UK orders are always sent with tracked shipping. However, with international orders depending on your location, you can choose to opt for tracked or standard shipping. I do recommend you choose tracking as (very rarely) parcels can be held up or go missing and it is much smoother being able to always keep an eye on it.

Please note that daintiestdesigns does not cover custom fees or import taxes that may apply in your country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping and can vary so it is important to be aware of what these regulations are in your country.
